Based on the results of the poll and also the comments I've gotten, the majority is looking for more stand alone stories but I've received some enthusiastic comments for the series.
Due to the darker and more graphic nature of the Ascension series, which I believe is essential to establishing its tone, building a richer world, and telling a more immersive story, it may not be for everyone.
To accommodate different readers, I'll be launching a separate blog that will feature the unabridged version of the series in its full, darker form. This blog will continue to host a shorter, more accessible edition in addition to other stand alone ball busting stories. Character names will remain consistent across both versions, and I'll clearly indicate the corresponding chapters so readers can easily move between the two if they choose.
I'll also be posting chapter summaries, allowing those who wish to continue following the world of Ascension to catch up without having to start from the beginning or read every chapter.
